Strom života je uctíván mnoha kulturami jako symbol věčného života a znovuzrození. Propojuje minulost (kořeny), přítomnost (kmen) a budoucnost (koruna).

📜 Příběh Meditační Třešně
Meditační Třešeň se zrodila se svými čtyřmi sourozenci v prosinci 2024 během kurzu tantrických masáží v Meditačním centru Lažánky. Je v nich vpletena energie láskyplné blízkosti a podpora uzdravení fyzických, psychických i emočních zranění.
Kořínky Meditační Třešně obrůstají hladký valounek malachitu a na jeho špičce vytváří drátované srdíčko. Měděná koruna nese kvítky z fasetovaného rubelitu s okvětím kunzitu.

Svou kombinací barev a minerálů Meditační Třešeň podporuje harmonii srdce a mysli, něhu, intuici a uzdravení vnitřních zranění.
Ladovská Třešeň
Vánoce i Nový rok prožila v klidném usebrání, v lednu vyrazila do zasněžené přírody. V únoru 2025 navštívila besedu k plánovanému dokumentárnímu filmu Viliama Poltikoviče s tématem "Tajemství (ne)jídla aneb vše o půstech", která probíhala v pražském Komunitním centru Unitaria. O pauze mezi besedou a kakaovým rituálem zde Třešeň potkala svého nového majitele - a Třešeň ho spokojeně doprovodila do svého nového domova. Přejeme jim mnoho zdraví a radosti! 🍀

🧘 Rituály s Meditační Třešní
Meditující Meditační Třešeň
Zajímá Tě, s jakými rituály Ti může Meditační Třešeň pomoci? S jakýmikoliv, ke kterým ji přizveš! Věda i duchovní tradice se shodují, že klidná pozornost – ať jí říkáme rituál, meditace či mindfulness – prospívá tělu, mysli i duši. Vyzkoušej si tuto krátkou praxi – a pokud se Ti zalíbí, dovol si ji zařadit do svého života. Snadno si ji upravíš podle sebe. 😊
☮️ Nadechni se klidu (⏱️ 2 min)
Zastav se. Polož Meditační Třešeň před sebe, nebo si ji vezmi do levé dlaně. Pravou dlaň přilož nad srdce (4. srdeční čakra).
Dýchej. Zavři oči, nadechni se na 4 doby (v duchu počítej do 4) a pomalu vydechuj na 6 dob. S každým výdechem uvolni napětí svalů čelistí a čela.
Vizualizuj. Představ si, jak se s každým výdechem uvolňuje napětí čelistí a čela a v těle zůstává vnitřní klid.
Třikrát opakuj.
Vnímej se. Pozoruj, jaké pocity ve svém těle vnímáš a dovol si tento okamžik užít. Můžeš v duchu vyslovit svou aktuální osobní mantru, třeba: „Prožívám vnitřní klid a harmonii.“
Tento krátký rituál si uprav podle svých potřeb a opakuj i několikrát denně.

🫧 Mechanické čištění
Kamenné lístky čisti jemně jako listy pokojových rostlin – nám se osvědčil měkký kartáček. Meditační Třešeň můžeš krátce opláchnout, ale nenechávej ji stát ve vodě ani ve vlhku.
✨ Energetické čištění
Minerály stále pracují s energií ve svém okolí, proto si občas potřebují odpočinout. Kunzit na slunci bledne, proto Meditační Třešeň nabíjej na nepřímém slunci nebo při úplňku. Energeticky ji můžeš očistit i dýmem vykuřovadla.
🌀 Trollův tip – orgonit
Pokud chceš mít svůj talisman stále energeticky čistý a plný sil, polož ho na orgonitovou podložku nebo do blízkosti orgonitu. Tato kombinace pryskyřice, kovu a křišťálu harmonizuje a dobíjí energii kamenům, rostlinám, zvířatům i lidem ve svém okolí.

🌳 The symbolism of the Tree of Life
The Tree of Life is honoured in many cultures as a symbol of eternal life and rebirth. It connects the past (roots), the present (trunk), and the future (crown).
Roots draw in the wisdom of ancestors and the strength of Earth and Water. The trunk stands for thoughts, words, and actions, carrying their energy upwards. The crown branches into flowers, leaves and fruits, which symbolise the future results of our everyday work.
This Seedling Tree of Life with minerals symbolises the link between living and non-living nature, and between logic and emotion. Its story also becomes real through its connection to a living Tree Twin, planted in Czech forests.
📜 The Tale of Meditation Cherry
Meditation Cherry was born with her four siblings in December 2024 during a tantric massage course at the Meditation Centre Lažánky. Woven into them is the energy of loving closeness and support for healing physical, mental and emotional wounds.
With her tiny roots, Meditation Cherry embraces a smooth malachite pebble; at its tip, the roots form a small wire heart. In her copper crown, she carries blossoms of faceted rubellite with kunzite petals.

Through her colours and minerals, Meditation Cherry supports harmony between heart and mind, tenderness, intuition and the healing of inner wounds.
Fairytale-winter Cherry
Christmas and the New Year she spent in quiet contemplation; in January, she set out into snowy nature. In February 2025, she attended a talk for the planned documentary film by Viliam Poltikovič on the theme “The Mystery of (Non-)Eating, or All About Fasting”, held at the Unitaria Community Centre in Prague. During the break between the talk and the cacao ritual, Cherry met her new owner there — and happily accompanied him to her new home. We wish them much health and joy! 🍀

Meditation Cherry is connected with nature also through her Tree Twin, planted in the Karlovy Vary forests (you can learn more in the planting section).
💎 Kunzite (pink spodumene) carries the strength of the elements Water and Aether, harmonises the 4th Heart Chakra and 7th Crown Chakra. It supports love, tenderness, and emotional balance. It releases old pains and fears, deepens joy and gratitude, and gently reunites heart and mind.
💎 Malachite carries the strength of the elements Earth and Wood, harmonises the 3rd Solar Plexus Chakra and 4th Heart Chakra. It supports creativity, self-confidence, and a steady balance between mind and heart.

🧘 Rituals with Meditation Cherry
Meditating Meditation Cherry
Are you curious what rituals Meditation Cherry may help you with? Any ritual you invite it into. Science and spiritual traditions alike agree that calm attention — whether we call it ritual, meditation, or mindfulness — benefits body, mind, and soul. Try this short practice, and if it resonates with you, allow it to become part of your life. You can easily adapt it to your own needs. 😊
☮️ Breathe into peace (⏱️ 2 min)
Pause. Place Meditation Cherry in front of you, or hold it in your left palm. Rest your right hand over your heart (4th heart chakra).
Breathe. Close your eyes, inhale for 4 counts and slowly exhale for 6 counts. With each exhale, release the tension in the muscles of jaw and forehead.
Visualise. Imagine how, with each exhale, the tension in your jaw and forehead softens, leaving inner peace within your body.
Repeat three times.
Feel yourself. Notice what sensations arise in your body and allow yourself to enjoy this moment. You may quietly speak your personal mantra, for example: “I live in inner peace and harmony.”
Adapt this short ritual to your own needs and repeat it even several times a day.
🫶 Caring for Meditation Cherry
🫧 Mechanical cleaning
Clean the stone leaves gently, like the leaves of houseplants — a soft brush has worked well for us. You may briefly rinse Meditation Cherry, but do not leave her standing in water or in damp conditions.
✨ Energetic cleansing
Minerals keep working with the energy around them, so from time to time they need a rest. Kunzite fades in sunlight, so recharge Meditation Cherry in indirect sunlight or under the full moon. You can also cleanse it energetically with the smoke of incense.
🌀 Troll’s tip – orgonite
If you want your talisman to remain energetically clear and full of strength, place it on an orgonit base or near orgonite. This combination of resin, metal, and quartz harmonises and recharges energy for stones, plants, animals, and people in its surroundings.
