Every gift from the Magical Forest is sent with care – wrapped with love and full of intention.

If something goes wrong, let us know – we’ll find a kind and quick solution, in full accordance with the law.

🔧 Claims – when something didn’t go right

  • 👉 Send us an email at info@ar-at.cz – just a few words from you are enough, or use the form below.
  • 📸 Add photos if there's visible damage or an issue with your product.
  • 🕐 Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order – we’ll confirm your claim and resolve it within 30 days.

🌳 If possible, we’ll repair the product or send a new one.

💸 If not, we’ll offer a discount or a refund.

🌈 Your satisfaction always comes first.

📩 If your claim is justified, we’ll also reimburse your return shipping costs (please keep the receipt).

📦 Want to return an item without a reason?

  • 📝 You have 14 days from the delivery date to return it – no questions asked.
  • 📬 Just send us an email or use the form below.
  • 📦 Ship the product back within 14 days of cancellation – ideally in original or sturdy packaging.
  • 💰 We’ll refund your payment, including the cost of the cheapest available shipping method.
  • 🎁 What can’t be returned: custom-made talismans – made just for you, under a legal exception.

If you wish to withdraw from your contract, copy the following text into an email, fill in your details, and send it to info@ar-at.cz.

Subject: Withdrawal from contract – Order no. [order number]

Hello,

I hereby withdraw from the contract for the purchase of the following item:

  • Item name: [e.g., “Radiant Courage”]
  • Order / Invoice number: [insert number]
  • Date of order: [dd.mm.yyyy]
  • Date of delivery: [dd.mm.yyyy]

I will send the product back to your address within the legal period of 14 days.
