Wolf Guardian channels the power of the elements of Earth and Fire. It harmonises the 1st root and 4th heart chakras, and supports instinctive awareness, courage, and inner stability.
The silhouette of a wolf carved from dendritic agate rests on a massive raw ruby crystal, wrapped in silvery copper wires. This shamanic guide stands as a guardian of balance between primal instinct and conscious wisdom. It brings courage, perseverance, and inner calm in times of challenge.
Howling Wolf
The wolf (Canis lupus) roams across the entire Northern Hemisphere. It has accompanied humankind since ancient times—both admired and feared—as evidenced by numerous prehistoric cave paintings. Its ability to live as a lone hunter or as part of a pack has made the wolf a powerful symbol of strength, freedom, and survival. It is also associated with deep intuition, territorial protection, and the courage to walk one’s own path.
In Mesopotamia, the wolf symbolises transformation and inner rebirth, often linked with feminine archetypes such as the goddess Ishtar. In Ancient Rome, the wolf formed the foundation of national identity—the she-wolf suckling Romulus and Remus embodies maternal protection and the power of origin. Similarly, in Mongolian and Turkic mythology, the wolf mother Asena is a sacred being and ancestor of nations, connecting Heaven and Earth.
In the indigenous traditions of Northern Europe and the Americas, the wolf was viewed as a teacher, protector, and guide, embodying bravery, hunting prowess, and family loyalty. In Celtic mythology, the wolf represents a warrior who survives through strength, intuition, and deep connection to nature. It was seen as a gateway between worlds and linked to warriors and shamans. Norse mythology imbues the wolf with themes of loyalty and guardianship—Odin’s companions Geri and Freki symbolise trust and power, while Fenrir embodies chaos and the fated reckoning of Ragnarök.
Native American tribes regard the wolf as a symbol of responsibility, intuition, and the balance between personal freedom and community. In modern shamanism and spirituality, the wolf represents the harmony of instinctual power and wisdom. It is a spiritual guide who teaches loyalty to one’s own path, inner strength, and the courage to walk alone, in balance with respect and responsibility to one’s pack—be it family, friends, or community.
I met this Wolf—nicknamed Akela after the Lone Wolf from Kipling’s Jungle Book—thanks to some mineral enthusiasts and a small family workshop on the island of Java, Indonesia. He was hand-carved from local dendritic agate. We crossed paths in April 2025, and even from afar, we sensed a deep resonance. Alongside his brother, he set out on a long journey to fulfil his sacred Great Dream.
Akela arrived just in time to join a tantric retreat at the Živá Voda Centre. In the weaving energies of tantra and shamanism, on 31 May 2025, he settled upon a massive ruby crystal, connected with Mother Earth—and lifted his voice to the starry sky. He also visited the Transformation Centre in Černívsko, where he was nourished by the energies of friendship and freedom. Now, he has made his den in the Monsterance Atelier and looks ahead, ready for the next adventure...

Planting trees with ❤️
A forest is a family of trees, deeply interconnected through their roots. These roots support each other, exchange nutrients and send warning signals. Even mineral Trees of Life grow into the Magical Forest of Fulfilled Wishes, where they are connected with living trees in the Czech woods.
The Wolf Guardian will have his living twin planted in autumn 2025.
Clean the stones of your talisman gently – we recommend using a soft brush. You may briefly rinse the Wolf, but do not leave him in water or a humid environment.
Minerals are constantly working with the energy around them, so they need rest from time to time. The Wolf Guardian can be energetically charged in direct sunlight or under the light of the full moon.
If you wish to keep your Wolf talisman energetically clean and full of strength, place it on an orgonite pad. This combination of resin, metal shavings, and quartz harmonises energy and continuously recharges stones, plants, animals, and people nearby.
