This Ancient Tree of Life channels the elements of Earth, Fire and Ether, harmonizing the 1st root, 3rd solar, 4th heart, 6th third eye, 7th crown chakras. He supports inner stability and sensitivity, joyful rootedness in the body, and the ability to combine clairvoyance with humor. Also he strengthens natural regeneration, healthy self-confidence and an open perspective on the world.
Laughing Troll is a massive quartz geode hosting the Ancient Tree of Life made of lacquered copper wire. Its crown bears leaves of quartz with goldish rutile, anyolite, prehnite, peridot, green aventurine and malachite.

The tree is revered by all human cultures (read more in this article) as a symbol of eternal life and rebirth. It connects the past (roots), present (trunk), and future (crown).
Its roots draw upon the wisdom of ancestors and the strength of Earth and Water. The trunk channels thoughts, words, and actions upward. The crown branches into blossoms, leaves, and fruits, symbolizing the outcomes of our daily efforts.
Thanks to this connection, the mineral Tree of Life, just like living trees in the forest, connects with the forces of Earth and Sky and is continuously nourished by the energy of Nature.
The story of the Laughing Troll began in a small crystal shop that was just closing down. He sat on the top shelf, all smiles, gazing at me and AT. I returned the look – and the moment he winked at me, it was clear. We were going home together.
Since then, he has become a part of our relationship and home. He’s been with us through our first flatshare, a big move, and even our wedding. He always found his place – and eventually settled contentedly in a niche beneath the bathroom window. To this day, he sits there comfortably, smiling as soon as you walk in. He loves reminding us that humour is the spice of life.
When the first Seedling Trees of Life of Magical Forest started growing, he watched over them with joy and cared for them devotedly so they could blossom into their full potential. And soon his own wish came true – his very own Ancient Tree of Life sprouted atop his head.
Today, the Laughing Troll is a faithful guardian of the Magical Forest of Fulfilled Wishes. He helps look after the new Trees, keeps an eye on the Spirit Animals, and shares his insights about what each one needs and how best to care for them. The Laughing Troll, with his unique combination of minerals, is a powerful energetic talisman. He supports the 1st root, 3rd solar plexus, 4th heart, 6th brow and 7th crown chakras with the energy of the elements Earth, Fire and Ether. He helps to ground into the body, open the heart, and blend clarity of vision with humour. He strengthens inner stability, regeneration and healthy self-confidence.
Planting trees with love
A forest is a family of trees, deeply interconnected through their roots. These roots support each other, exchange nutrients and send warning signals. Even stone Trees of Life grow into the Magical Forest of Fulfilled Wishes, where they are connected with living trees in the Czech woods.
For Lauging Troll we will have his living twin planted in autumn 2025.
We clean the stone leaves gently, like the leaves of houseplants – and sometimes using a soft brush. I briefly rinse the Troll, but his malachite is over-sensitive to water. So we do not leave him in water or a humid environment.
Minerals constantly work with the energy around them, so they need rest from time to time. Aventurine and prehnite may fade in direct sunlight, so we recharge him in indirect sunlight or under the full moon.
Because Troll wants to stay energetically clear and powerful, he has his favourite orgonite pad. It combines resin, metal shavings, and clear quartz, and harmonizes and recharges stones and beings around.
